Our experts can assist any building department by overseeing complex projects, or simply helping with overflow needs. We strive to be an extension of the jurisdiction’s own staff.

Fire Prevention

WC³ maintains an experienced team of certified fire professionals who have extensive knowledge of codes related to fire prevention. This includes experts in fire and life safety reviews, fire system reviews, and fire inspections.

Energy division

WC³ energy division provides project management, plan review and inspection support for large scale energy projects. Our regulatory team is second to none in experience and code knowledge, ensuring the project moves forward while maintaining the level of quality mandated by the governing agency.

Public Works

WC³ Academy

WC³ provides training to building officials, plans examiners, inspectors, design professionals, and contractors. Our organization is also an approved AIA and ICC Preferred Provider. Training options include individualized self-paced, online training or live courses presented in a group or classroom setting.
